To engage students in hands-on experience such as observing the milk process, understanding quality control measures. To encourage students for starting and managing their own business in field of dairy industry. To enhance students’ knowledge about role of dairy industry in national economics. To provide detail knowledge about sustainable practices within dairy sector.
